Goomfest is an outdoor overnight music festival running annually since 2019. Goomfest is held on a farm just 10 minutes from Warrnambool in Wangoom VIC. The event includes bands, DJs, art installations, cocktail bar, food vendors, free camping and BYO drinks. Gates open at 1pm on the Saturday, music starts from 3pm and goes until late. The event ends at midday on the Sunday, however patrons are welcome to take their time to leave.
Goomfest gives people an opportunity to camp under the sky with friends while enjoying art, music, food and a sense of community. Goomfest focuses on creating a space in which people can connect with each other. A space where people can grow their friendships and make new ones.
CAMPING
Goomfest provides a free camping area for ticket holders. All sites are unpowered. There are allocated areas for parking, car camping and camping in tents. You will be directed by staff on arrival. The site is fully accessible to all abilities. The site facilities include toilets, water stations and food vendors. First Aid officers, Security and CFA are onsite to maintain a safe event. We recommend all patrons bring water, sunscreen and camping essentials. There is no ice for sale at the event. Bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
FOOD AND DRINK
Goomfest hosts a range of local food vendors providing a variety of cuisines and catering for dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Goomfest collaborates with the local venue The Dart and Marlin. The Dart and Marlin will be providing beverages and a curated cocktail menu. The event also includes a coffee van to fulfill all your caffeine needs.
Goomfest is BYO drinks with NO GLASS. Cars will be checked for glass on arrival. Patrons can bring their own food however cooking appliances are prohibited including camping stoves, BBQ's and fire pits.
Accessibility
Goomfest provides a fully accessible event. We aim to be inclusive of all people. There is accessible parking onsite as well as accessible toilets. Carers are given free access to the event if they provide a companion card and are providing support. If you have any specific access requirements please contact us at sam@goomfest.com
